hmmm, if i were u i would try the *new herbal essences - Hello Hydration...and it'll have orchid and coconut milk, i suggest the shampoo and conditioner...also, u should only wash yor hair every other day because if u wash it every day then all the oils in yor hair are washed out and yor hair becomes dry, also, let yor hair air dry, dont use a blow dryer...Best of Luck and Wishes! ...:P

I hiiiiiiiighly recommend Redken Soft. It's fabulous and for the ultimate experience, try getting some hair gloss and running a few drops through your hair right after you get out of the shower. The Redken alone is fantastic, but the two together prove amazing!!

When drying your hair, it's best to use a "warm" setting. Any good hair dryer won't have just a high and low setting, but rather a high, low, hot, warm, and cool settings. It's best to use a warm or cool setting.

You can normally go to any place along the lines of Super Cuts (or similar) and get two huge bottles of Redken for $25. A person who has long hair (like myself) can use the huge bottle for nearly a year before needing to buy more. So it's a great deal!

Because you say your hair is getting dryer and dryer by the day, it makes me wonder how often you're washing your hair. Though it seems to go against what people deem "acceptable," you should only wash your hair every 2-3 days. Obviously you can still show and clean yourself, but avoid washing your hair daily. Each time you wash it you strip away the natural oils and by the time they've rejuvenated themselves, you're then washing it out again. So fall back to washing it every 3 days and I'm telling you, you WILL see a major difference! It goes without saying though that if you've gone to the gym and have been sweating profusely or done something that has gotten your hair dirty, then obviously wash it. Aside from those, fall back to less frequent washes. Your hair will definitely thank you.

I don't know which shampoo you should use...most shampoos are the same anyway. They all have detergents and waxes to clean your hair. Best thing I can think of is to not wash your hair so often. The less you wash it, the better it is actually. But then you'd have dirty, smelly hair ^^.

Don't put any heat on it, eat healthy, drink lots of water and...that's all I can think of. Avoid hair products as well. Don't colour your hair.

Main and Tail Deep moisture shampoo and conditioner. Works great, it keeps all the frizz and flyaways to a medium roar.
