of course you can. when you start make sure your hair is wet , like you just washed it. then add a setting lotion adn roll your with the rods. sit under you dryer until its done adn there you go!

You sure can just relaxe your hair as normal, use setting lotion and whatever other products you use. Then rod your hair and use a hooded drier. Because your using rods make sure your hair is dry all the way

of course u can use spiral rods on relaxed hair- but only and i mean only if u are just trying to style ur hair differently. u cant do an actual perm on relaxed hair.
ok with that being said, ur hair should be wet and shud have enuff setting lotion, when dry remove the rods in a circular motion so that the curls will spring back into place. then if u want to, u can just spray ur hair with a little shine spray or oil sheen- but dont put too much becuz it will weigh ur curls down and lose the bouncy effect u wanted in the first place. good luck and as long as u follow my instructions u'll look great.
