How do I get my hair dry without getting it damaged or frizzy after a regular daily shower?

Don't blow dryer's mess up your hair and doesn't air dry make it frizzier? Hair is so complicated..

Either way is possible, I recommend if you have more time to get ready to let your hair air-dry, it won't damage your hair as much. (Which is what causes frizz.)

If you blow-dry your hair then (After getting out of the shower) mix a shine serum with a smoothing hair protectant and wait untill hair is 70-80% dry untill you blow-dry it. When blow-drying it, use a round brush to control frizz. Apply a little bit more shine serum when done.

If you're going to air dry your hair, then (After getting out of the shower) apply a shine serum and smoothing cream to your hair, DO NOT RUB IT WITH A TOWEL, this damages hair and creates frizz, instead brush (or comb, depending on your hair type) it through gently, starting at the ends and working your way up.

Air dry is good for your hair. You don't have to air dry it all the way. You could do a little of both. Air dry it for about 80%, then blow dry it the rest of the way. Use a spray in thermal protectant on your hair and it should be fine if you use the lower setting on your dryer.

I find my hair actually tends to stay much smoother when I airdry it. Make sure to comb all the tangles out of your, slick it back, and cover your head with a towel until your hair is 90% dry, then uncover it and let air do the rest, combing it occasionally. Or if you have a little more time, try slicking your hair back and twisting it !loosly! into a smooth bun at the very base of your neck. It'll take a while to dry, but you should end up with very sleek hair, wavy at the ends.

I'm a hairdresser. Your hair needs moisture before and after you blow it out. Try using blowout lotion or a leave-in conditioner before you blow dry and a light oil spray an/or smoothing serum. Hope this helps!
