Can anyone tell me how to help my dry hair ??

i have medium long curly/ wavy hair and i take care of it as much as possbile, i use a hair mask , i put leave in conditioner and i use hot oil treatments and i only use hair stying products like hair straighteners and blow dryers when i really really need to and my hair is still dry, wat can i do to help it?

Take a cup of skim milk and beat an egg into it. Beat the mixture until there's a consistent foam, and massage it into your hair and scalp. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes and rinse it out well. Do this twice a week, and you'll have smooth, shiny hair. I use this and it works so well.

If you don't want the mixture to be as watery, you can just beat 2 egg yolks together and leave the 'paste' in your hair for 10 minutes and rinse. This works, because the eggs have a lot of nutrients in them and they'll moisturize your hair and actually make it healthier. My stylist gave me both of these tips!

Try a different conditioner, a lot of leave in conditioners dry out your hair, believe itor not. Try Avon dry end serum or Shine
